Room has all day sun and double wardrobe with built in shelving (previous occupier had his draws in the wardrobe). Room fits a King size bed as well as 2 bedside tables with plenty of room.House has a fireplace and gas hot water.Rent includes power, gas and phone. Water bill will be split between all tenants each quarter when the bill arrives
Potential flatmate must work full time, be clean and tidy and respectful of our property.
Please note there are 2 dogs that live here and a musician. Noise will be kept to a minimum but potential flatmate needs to be aware.Pets Negotiable.Furnishings:
