Property is a 4 bedroom modern ish home, with everything you need.2 of the rooms are occupied by myself and my son whom sleeps here a couple nights a week (one of which is a weekend evening).Both rooms will fit a double bed comfortably. 1 has a double wardrobe and the other has a huge walk in wardrobe with full length mirror.I've kept one room as a spare room if guests wants to stay, but my current flatmate is moving out so if there is someone in a similar situation to me (with shared custody of a child) I may be able to work something out about having both rooms available.Idealling I want someone that is responsible, working full time, pays their bills on time, easy going, able to laugh and has no problems picking up a vacuum cleaner if the floor needs it.Internet isn't available at the property yet, but I will be getting this soon, as well as Sky TV.There are some outdoor facilities (BBQ, outdoor seating, trampoline etc)
A social drink is welcomed with arms wide open.
Smokers are OK, but outside.
Price includes the room.
Power is reasonably cheap, and i'm not 100% sure on costs for Internet/TV as yet, but roughly $120 per month between everyone.Smokers OK, no pets
